Dr. Marsha Lewis

Marsha Lewis is an Associate Professor and Senior Associate Dean at Ohio University’s George V. Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs.  In the Master of Public Administration program, she teaches courses in program evaluation, quantitative methods, and public sector strategy and manages multiple applied research projects focused mostly on education policy and practice. Dr. Lewis also manages applied research projects related to education and public sector strategy development. She serves as a senior data analyst for research and evaluation projects. Dr. Lewis helped develop the Ohio University Executive Leadership Institute and served as the Institute’s managing director for five years. She holds a Ph.D. in educational research and evaluation with concentrations in statistical analysis and psychometrics. Dr. Lewis is one of Ohio University’s lead researchers in the Ohio Education Research Center.
