Kara Willis

Kara Willis is the Regional Talent Manager in all 25 counties served by OhioSE. She provides human resource solutions in the development and implementation of new or expanding company’s talent strategy.

Over the past 19 years, Kara has gained experience in workforce development, higher education, and economic and community development through prior positions with the Ohio Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP), University of Rio Grande, and Ohio Valley Regional Development Commission.
