Kirstin S. Toth

Kirstin S. Toth is senior vice president at GAR Foundation. A public education expert committed to systems improvement in the public education sector, Kirstin serves on several community boards including Summit Education Initiative, ConxusNEO, the Fund for Our Economic Future, and the Early Childhood Resource Center. Kirstin is an active member of the national Grantmakers for Education and the Early Childhood Funders Collaborative. Prior to joining the Foundation, Kirstin worked in public sector economic development, and in banking. She holds a Masters of Public Administration from Cleveland State University, and is pursuing her Ph.D. from Kent State University.
