Rick Ayish

Rick has earned a reputation during his more than 40 years of government experience as a knowledgeable governmental affairs and political strategist with extensive experience in health care, insurance and environmental regulation in Ohio. He founded Ohio Capitol Policy Consultants in 1989 and previously served in governmental affairs positions with four Ohio Blue Cross and Blue Shield corporations and the Ohio State Medical Association. In addition, he worked as a Legislative Service Commission intern in the Ohio General Assembly and as an intern in the Office of the City Manager in Toledo.
