Scott Frank

Scott Frank became the Nelsonville City Manager in February 2020 after nearly 20 years of military service in the U.S. Air Force.  While in the Air Force, Mr. Frank specialized in management analytics and process improvements, advising 11 commanders on management and organization alignment for $18 billion in assets.  He also provided management oversight on wartime process improvement programs. Mr. Frank has multiple associate degrees and a bachelor’s degree in management.  He also has lean six-sigma green and black belts and has instructed courses on Lean Six Sigma.
