William McDonnell was named PNC Bank Toledo Regional President. He has been with Pittsburgh-based PNC 22 years and was senior vice president in the corporate and institutional banking unit since 2004. McDonnell oversees the company’s business strategy and community investments in the Toledo area, as well as leads PNC’s corporate and commercial banking activities in the region. McDonnell currently serves as Chairman of the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce 2019 Board of Trustees.
