The 2019 Impact Ohio Toledo Regional Conference was one of our most successful events to date. With elected officials, policy professionals, and media personnel from across the state, the conference had nearly 230 people in attendance. Speakers covered issues relating to water quality, early childhood experiences, investing in Ohio’s infrastructure, and more. Governor DeWine announced his plan to invest $900 million in the newly created H2Ohio fund to restore and preserve Ohio’s water.
WTOL 11 and WTVG-TV 13abc had morning show reporters on site at the conference to broadcast live interviews and pre-conference happenings from 5 a.m.-8:30 a.m. We have gathered media coverage of the event below.
